Abstract:
Disclosed are a link establishing method, device and system. By adopting the technical method and device of the present application, a terminal device can initiate, through a normally functioning radio resource control (RRC) link, a modification on an RRC link having a radio link failure (RLF) or a degraded channel quality, such that the terminal device maintains an RRC link with at least two network devices at the same time, thereby timely replacing a failed link or an RRC link having a degraded channel quality while ensuring the reliability of an RRC. The method comprises: a terminal device transmitting a request for modifying a first link to a first network device through a first RRC link; the terminal device receiving an RRC link modification message and a transmission parameter transmitted by the first network device through the first RRC link; and the terminal device establishing a target RRC link with a target network device according to the transmission parameter and maintaining the target RRC link and the first RRC link at the same time.
