Abstract:
A linkage-based dual pressurization pneumatic source, comprising a three-bar linkage control mechanism (1), a pre-compression cylinder (2), a pressure increasing cylinder (3), and a pressure fine-adjustment mechanism (6). The pre-compression cylinder (2) performs pre-compression by means of air inlet check valves at two ends thereof. The pressure increasing cylinder (3) outputs pressurized air by means of a check valve at a front end thereof. The pressure fine-adjustment mechanism (6) employs movement of a fine-adjustment piston (6-2) in a fine-adjustment cylinder (6-4) to perform fine-adjustment of compressed air therein, thereby performing fine-adjustment of a pressure of a pneumatic source, solving the problem in the prior art in which adjustment of a pneumatic source is less precise and unable to meet various parameter requirements. The invention can be operated easily, creates a high pressure from application of a low pressure, and realizes fine pressure adjustment in a process of checking a pressure meter.
