Abstract:
The present application relates to a linker for characterizing the sequencing of a target polynucleotide, a construct, a method, and use. According to the present invention, nucleotides having a nucleobase with a benzo structure form a blocking band, which binds and blocks the polynucleotide-binding protein. The present application has many advantages, for example, structurally simplified linkers, reduced difficulties in preparing the linker, cost-efficiency, and the like.
