Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of medicines. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a compound as shown in formula (I), a linker as shown in formula (II), and a use of the compound as shown in formula (I) and the linker as shown in formula (II) in the preparation of an antibody-drug conjugate. The compound as shown in formula (I) can be linked to an antibody by means of a glycine linker thereof to obtain an antibody-drug conjugate. The antibody-drug conjugate can exert efficient and specific tumor cell killing activity both in vivo and in vitro, significantly inhibits the growth of different types of tumors and does not have obvious cytotoxicity, thus having important application prospects in the field of tumor treatment.
