Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine. Disclosed is a linolenic acid-derived ceramide, which has a structure of general formula I or an isomer of general formula I: (I), wherein R1 is selected from (II) or (III), and R2 is selected from one of the following structures: (IV). Also disclosed are a preparation method and a use. In the present invention, long-chain linolenic acid reacts with sphingosine and phytosphingosine to obtain a class of structurally novel ceramide compounds; this class of compounds has a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase, can effectively prevent the production of melanin to achieve a good skin whitening effect, and can be used in the fields of cosmetics and the like.
