Title:
LIPID COMPOUND, COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME, AND USE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/134325
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A lipid compound, a composition containing same, and a use, the lipid compound being prepared by means of a ring-opening reaction of organic amine and glycidyl ester, and the structure not containing free amino groups. The lipid compound can be ionized into a cationic compound under acidic conditions and is then bound with a negatively charged active pharmaceutical ingredient by means of electrostatic interaction, thereby assembling into a drug-loaded lipid nanoparticle for delivery of the pharmaceutical active ingredient. The lipid compound has a simple structure, a simple reaction path and a high yield. The constructed drug-loaded lipid nanoparticle can be used to prepare nucleic acid drugs, gene vaccines, polypeptide or protein drugs and small molecule drugs, and has broad application prospects.
