Abstract:
Provided is a lyophilized composition in which an arbitrary nucleic acid can be highly efficiently and easily encapsulated. This lipid nanoparticle lyophilized composition is free from nucleic acids and contains an ionic lipid, sterol, a PEG-lipid, an acidic buffer solution component having a buffering action at a pH of 1-6, and a cryoprotectant. The weight ratio of the cryoprotectant and all the lipids is 10:1 to 1000:1.
