Abstract:
The present invention provides lipid nanoparticles each containing a pH-sensitive cationic lipid represented by formula (I) [wherein a represents an integer of 3 to 5; b represents 0 or 1; R1 and R2 each independently represent a group represented by general formula (A) (wherein R11 and R12 each independently represent a linear or branched C1-15 alkyl group; c represents an integer of 1 to 7: and e represents an integer of 4 to 12); and X represents a group represented by general formula (B) (wherein d represents an integer of 0 to 3; and R3 and R4 each independently represent a C1-4 alkyl group or a C2-4 alkenyl group, in which R3 and R4 may be bonded to each other to form a 5- to 7-membered nonaromatic hetero ring) or a 5- to 7-membered nonaromatic hetero ring group].
