Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquefied natural gas storage tank and, particularly, to a liquefied natural gas storage tank having a dual structure, which can efficiently store liquefied natural gas and other liquefied natural gas pressurized under a predetemined pressure so as to supply the liquefied natural gas to a consumption site and exhibits high thermal insulation performance with high efficiency. The structure of the liquefied natural gas storage tank, according to the present invention, is a structure of a liquefied natural gas storage container in which the storage tank has a dual structure for forming a space between an inner shell (110) and an outer shell (120) and an insulating layer portion (140) for reducing heat transmission is disposed in the space, wherein the inner shell (110) has two or more spaced barriers (111, 112), and a first cover plate (115) coming in contact with each of the two or more barriers (111, 112) is provided on the outer side of the two or more spaced barriers (111, 112) or is provided therebetween.
