Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an atomizing device that has both the advantages of a pressurized spray nozzle and a rotary atomizer and is capable of spraying all materials that are processed in spray dryers, that is, low - high viscosity liquids, solid particle slurries, etc., as droplets with a chosen particle diameter and at a chosen spray angle. [Solution] This liquid-atomizing device is obtained from a spraying rotor section (2) that is rotated by a rotating means (10) and has pores (8) formed at a chosen angle, a liquid-supplying means (13) for supplying liquid to the pores (8) in order to spray the liquid from the pores (8), and an air-supplying means (33) for supplying air in order to accelerate the liquid sprayed from the pores (8).
