Abstract:
Provided is a liquid chemical synthesis device that can regulate the flow of a liquid chemical supplied to a reaction vessel and the flow discharged from the reaction vessel without the overall device size being increased. Specifically, the liquid chemical synthesis device comprises a reaction vessel into which a liquid chemical is supplied and a waste liquid tank that stores liquid waste discharged from the reaction vessel, and is configured so that an intermediate vessel with a smaller capacity than the waste liquid tank is provided between the reaction vessel and the waste liquid tank through waste liquid piping, and the flow supplied to the reaction vessel and the flow discharged from the reaction vessel are regulated by way of the pressure of the intermediate vessel being regulated.
