Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a liquid-cooled high-power charging cable for a new energy vehicle and a production process thereof. The liquid-cooled high-power charging cable comprises a main wire core-containing cable core, a supporting liquid cooling tube, a sheath and a cooling tube, wherein the main wire core-containing cable core comprises three power wire cores, a grounding wire core, a control wire core-containing cable core and a signal wire core-containing cable core, the supporting liquid cooling tube is disposed at the center of the main wire core-containing cable core, the supporting liquid cooling tube is conformally disposed in a middle gap formed between the three power wire cores, the grounding wire core, the control wire core-containing cable core and the signal wire core-containing cable core, a central supporting return flow tube is disposed in the supporting liquid cooling tube, the sheath is extruded outside the main wire core-containing cable core, and the cooling tube is sleeved on the sheath.
