Abstract:
A liquid cooling servo motor, comprising a casing (1) and a stator (4). A liquid inlet (2) and a liquid outlet (3) are provided on the casing (1), and the casing (1) further comprises: multiple flow channels (1.2), a distribution cavity (1.1), and a liquid collecting cavity (1.3), wherein the multiple flow channels (1.2) are all spirally arranged on the inner wall of the casing (1), the multiple flow channels (1.2) are sequentially arranged in the axial direction of the casing (1), and two ends of the multiple flow channels (1.2) are respectively provided with a plurality of flow channel inlets (1.2.1) and a plurality of flow channel outlets (1.2.2); the distribution cavity (1.1) is provided on one side of the inner wall of the casing (1) in the circumferential direction of the casing (1), the distribution cavity (1.1) is communicated with the liquid inlet (2) to introduce cooling liquid and distribute the cooling liquid to the multiple flow channels (1.2) by means of the plurality of flow channel inlets (1.2.1) communicated with the distribution cavity (1.1); the liquid collecting cavity (1.3) is provided on the other side of the inner wall of the casing (1) in the circumferential direction of the casing (1), the plurality of flow channel outlets (1.2.2) are all communicated with the liquid collecting cavity (1.3) to collect the cooling liquid into the liquid collecting cavity (1.3), and the liquid collecting cavity (1.3) is communicated with the liquid outlet (3) to guide out the cooling liquid in a centralized mode. The liquid cooling servo motor has the advantages of few cooling liquid flowing paths, small pressure loss of a cooling flow channel, and good cooling effect.
