Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display device comprises a frame comprising a plurality of frame constituting members (32, 42). The plurality of frame constituting members (32, 42) are mutually connected at a connecting part. In the connecting part, a part (53) of an end (50A) of one frame constituting member (32) is superimposed on a part (55) of an end (50B) of the other frame constituting member (42) in the front-back direction of a liquid crystal panel. In the two superimposed ends (50A, 50B), the end (member receiving part (55)) which faces an optical member (78) is so formed as to be close to the optical member (78) and capable of undergoing surface contact with the optical member (78) when the connecting part is bent in the direction of the optical member (78).
