Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device (100) and a manufacturing method thereof. The liquid crystal display device (100) comprises two glass substrates (100, 130) and a liquid crystal layer (120) disposed between the two glass substrates (100, 130). Multiple pixel regions are formed on the glass substrates (100, 130). A photoresist layer (111) and a transparent electrode layer (132) are subsequently disposed on one side, adjacent to the liquid crystal layer (120), of at least one glass substrate (100, 130). The photoresist layer (111) forms at least one recess and/or at least one protrusion in each pixel region. The liquid crystal display device (100) and the manufacturing method thereof are simple.
