Abstract:
A liquid crystal drip irrigation device, comprising a tube container (100), wherein a plurality of liquid crystal tubes (110) are arranged in the tube container (100); the liquid crystal tubes (110) penetrate an upper end surface and a lower end surface of the tube container (100); a baffle plate (200) is pressed up against the lower end surface of the tube container (100), and the baffle plate (200) is provided with through holes (210) in positions corresponding to the liquid crystal tubes (110); a first drive part (120) is provided on the lower end surface of the tube container (100), and a second drive part (220) is provided on the baffle plate (200); and the first drive part (120) and the second drive part (220) drive the baffle plate (200) to move relative to the tube container (100). A liquid crystal irrigation operation can be simultaneously conducted on the plurality of liquid crystal tubes, thereby substantially improving the production efficiency, reducing the operating costs and improving the competitiveness of the product. Meanwhile, when the baffle plate (200) is displaced, the same adjustment can be conducted on the drip irrigation amount of all the liquid crystal tubes (110), so that the drip irrigation amount of all the liquid crystal tubes (110) is the same, and therefore, the quality of the products can be kept consistent. By means of drive control, the baffle plate (200) can accurately control the amount of liquid crystal which drips, so as to complete the liquid crystal drip operation, thereby improving the yield of products.
