A liquid crystal panel which is provided with: a first substrate (21a) that is provided with a plurality of first transparent electrodes (11) extending parallel to each other; a second substrate that is provided so as to face the first substrate (21a) and has a second transparent electrode; a liquid crystal layer that is arranged between the first substrate (21a) and the second substrate and functions as a parallax barrier; a terminal region (T) that is provided on the liquid crystal layer-side surface of the first substrate (21a) and exposed from the second substrate; a first terminal (11t) that is provided in the terminal region (T) and connected to the plurality of first transparent electrodes (11); and a second terminal (12t) that is provided in the terminal region (T) so as to be apart from the first terminal (11t) by 500 μm or more and connected to the second transparent electrode.
