Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal polymer composite material. The liquid crystal polymer composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-95 parts of a liquid crystal polymer resin and 5-40 parts of flake-shaped fillers. Among the flake-shaped fillers, flake-shaped fillers the particle sizes of which are smaller than 10 μm account for 3%-20% of the total weight of the flake-shaped fillers, flake-shaped fillers the particle sizes of which are 10 μm-30 μm account for 30%-62% of the total weight of the flake-shaped fillers, and flake-shaped fillers the particle sizes of which are larger than 30 μm account for 23%-65% of the total weight of the flake-shaped fillers. In the liquid crystal polymer composite material of the present invention, flake-shaped mica is added as a filler. With regard to to filler sizes and the proportions of the different sizes, by controlling the sizes of the flake-shaped fillers and the proportions of the different sizes, the liquid crystal polymer composite material of the present invention has smaller dielectric loss; in addition, the composite material can be applied to a large-scale ultra-thin device, the length of the longest direction of the device is 100 mm or more, the thickness of the device can reach below 5 mm, and the device has small dielectric loss.
