A liquid crystal projection lamp for a vehicle, and a vehicle. The projection lamp comprises a driving module, an imaging lens module, an input lens module, a light source and a lamp housing (5), wherein the driving module comprises a driving board (11) and a liquid crystal screen (12), and the driving board (11) is used for sending to the liquid crystal screen (12) projection data that is received from a vehicle control unit; the liquid crystal screen (12) is used for displaying a projection image corresponding to the projection data; the imaging lens module is used for amplifying the projection image and outputting the amplified projection image; the light source can be turned on and/or turned off in response to a control instruction of the driving board (11); the input lens module is arranged between the light source and the imaging lens module, and the liquid crystal screen (12) is arranged between the input lens module and the imaging lens module; and the driving module, the imaging lens module and the input lens module are all accommodated in the lamp housing (5), which lamp housing (5) is internally provided with a limiting structure matching the driving module, the imaging lens module and the input lens module. Compared with a DPL projection apparatus, the liquid crystal projection lamp for a vehicle has a low cost and reliable performance.
