A liquid guide mechanism (100) of an atomization device (10), and the atomization device (10) and an assembly method therefor. The liquid guide mechanism (100) is configured to guide an atomization substance in the atomization device (10). The liquid guide mechanism (100) comprises a first liquid guide member (110) and a second liquid guide member (120) which are arranged in a nesting manner, wherein the first liquid guide member (110) is made of a fibrous material, and can achieve an adsorption and flow guiding effect on the atomization substance; and the second liquid guide member (120) is made of a flexible material, and can change shape after receiving a force so as to facilitate the fixing of the liquid guide mechanism (100), such that the liquid guide mechanism (100) is more stable, and thus the atomization device (10) has a better atomization effect.
