Abstract:
The present invention provides a liquid heating apparatus, which comprises a container (6) for holding a liquid, a cover (1), a fixing ring (2), and a cover plate (3). The fixing ring (2) is fixed at the upper opening of the container (6); the cover (1) is connected to the fixing ring (2) by means of a rotating shaft assembly (4) and can rotate between an open position and a closed position, wherein the cover plate (3) is an independent structure and can be mounted on the fixing ring (2) to limit the rotating shaft assembly (4). In the liquid heating apparatus provided by the present invention, the utilization rate of the space in the container is improved, and the container and cover can be conveniently cleaned. In addition, by means of the coverage and positional limitation of the cover plate on the rotating shaft assembly, the reliability of the installation and operation of the rotating shaft assembly is ensured. Moreover, the cover plate is an independent structure, such that the installation of the cover and the container is simplified, thereby facilitating the disassembly/assembly, cleaning, and repairing of the container and the cover.
