A liquid sample collection bottle (10), a liquid sample collection apparatus (100), and a testing apparatus (200). The liquid sample collection apparatus (100) comprises a liquid sample collection bottle (10) and a sampling device (50), an inner wall (14) of the liquid sample collection bottle (10) being provided with a guide groove (20) inclined from top to bottom and spirally descending, and a lower end (54) of a rod portion of the sampling device (50) being provided with a guide rail (58). When the lower end (54) of the rod portion of the sampling device (50) is inserted into the liquid sample collection bottle (10), the guide rail (58) of the lower end (54) of the rod portion and the guide trough (20) of the inner wall (14) of the bottle body mate together, to guide the lower end (54) of the rod portion of the sampling device (50) to descend spirally in the liquid sample collection bottle (10), further twisting and pressing a swab part (56) of the sampling device (50).
