Abstract:
The present invention provides a liquid softener having a superior deodorant effect, and superior in usability and freeze recoverability. Specifically, the present invention provides a liquid softener composition characterized by comprising the following compositions (A) to (D): (A) a compound selected from the group consisting of an amine compound that has one to three C10-26 hydrocarbon group(s) in a molecule thereof, and may be interrupted by an ester group and/or an amide group, a salt thereof, and a quaternary compound thereof; (B) a water soluble salt of a divalent metal; (C) a compound selected from the group consisting of an amino carboxylic acid compound of a specific structure, ricinoleic acid, and a salt thereof; and (D) a nonionic surfactant, the ratio of the total mass of the component (B) and the component (C) to the mass of the component (A): [B+C]/A being 0.01-0.5, the ratio of the total mass of the component (B) and the component (C) to the mass of the component (D): [B+C]/D being 0.1-4.
