Abstract:
The end of a spray device body (100) is equipped with multi-arc slit-shaped spray ports (301, 302) for supplying liquid, and the inclination angle (θ1) of the slit-shaped spray port (301) on the outer peripheral side is larger than the inclination angle (θ2) of the slit-shaped spray port (302) on the inner peripheral side. A flow control plate (200) having an installation radius (R1) larger than an installation radius (R2) of the slit-shaped spray port (301) on the outer peripheral side is installed upstream of the slit-shaped spray ports (301, 302). A narrow flow path (201) is formed between the flow control plate (200) and an inner wall (100a) of the spray device body (100).
