Abstract:
Provided is a liquid supply system with which a decrease in the functionality of a relief valve can be prevented and the cooling efficiency can be improved. This liquid supply system is characterized by being equipped with: a sealed container (110); a pump (120), which is arranged in an ultra-low temperature liquid (L) housed in the sealed container (110), and which is driven by a linear actuator (130); a first pipe (K1) that guides the ultra-low temperature liquid (L), fed by the pump (120), to a device (300) that is to be cooled and is provided outside of the sealed container (110); a second pipe (K2) that returns the ultra-low temperature liquid (L) to the sealed container (110) from the device (300) to be cooled; and a relief valve (170), which is connected to the first pipe (K1) inside the sealed container (110), and which allows the ultra-low temperature liquid (L) to escape into the sealed container (110).
