Abstract:
A liquid supplying device according to an embodiment is provided with: a plurality of supply-side branch flow passages which branch from a downstream end of a main flow passage and each supply a liquid, flowing out from the downstream end, to a target to be supplied with the liquid; a first flow rate regulating valve provided in each of the supply-side branch flow passages; a plurality of return-side flow passages which are provided corresponding to the respective supply-side branch flow passages and introduce the liquid, which flows out from the supply-side branch flow passage and passes through the target to be supplied with the liquid, to an upstream end of the main flow passage; a bypass flow passage which branchs from a section between the downstream end and a pump of the main flow passage and connected to an upstream side of the pump; a second flow rate regulating valve which regulates the flow rate of the liquid that passes through the bypass flow passage and flows to a section on the upstream side of the pump; and a control device. The control device controls the pump such that the driving of the pump is constant. The first flow rate regulating valve is a proportional two-way valve, and the second flow rate regulating valve is a proportional three-way valve provided in the main flow passage. The control device controls the opening degree of the second flow rate regulating valve in association with the control of the opening degree of some or all of a plurality of first flow rate regulating valves.
