Abstract:
This liquid transfer device comprises a transfer table, a squeegee, and a squeegee holding mechanism. The transfer table has a bottom surface on which a liquid film is formed and transfers the liquid to a transfer target object by immersing the transfer target object in a liquid film. The squeegee is disposed above the transfer table, relatively moves along the bottom surface of the transfer table, and presses and spreads the liquid on the transfer table to form a liquid film. The squeegee has a side surface on the advancing side that comes into contact with the liquid when the squeegee moves relatively along the bottom surface of the transfer table. The side surface of the squeegee has an upward slope or is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the transfer table. The squeegee holding mechanism holds the squeegee so that the squeegee can move in the vertical direction.
