Abstract:

A liquid treatment device (100) disclosed herein is equipped with: a dielectric material tube (101) in which water to be treated flows; a first electrode (102) of which at least a part is arranged in the dielectric material tube (101); a second electrode (103) of which at least a part is arranged upstream from the first electrode (102) in the dielectric material tube (101); a gas supply unit (105) which can supply a gas for generating bubbles (111) that cover an exposed electrically-conductive part of the first electrode (102); and a power supply unit (104) which can apply a voltage between the first electrode (102) and the second electrode (103).
