Abstract:
A lithium-ion battery comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a separator, and an electrolyte solution, wherein the positive electrode plate comprises a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode material; the positive electrode material comprises a lithium-supplementing additive LixMyOz, where 1 ≤ x ≤ 6, 1 ≤ y ≤ 6, 2 ≤ z ≤ 12, and M comprises one or more of Ni, Co, Fe, Cu, Al, Mn, Ti, P, Si and C; there is one or more types of the lithium-supplementing additive LixMyOz; and the electrolyte solution comprises a sulfur-containing additive, and the sulfur-containing additive is selected from one or more of formulas I-V below, and/or one or more of halides of formulas I-V below, where R2 in formula I is selected from one of substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkylene and substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkenylene, and R1 in formula II is selected from one of substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkylene and substituted or unsubstituted C2-6 alkenylene.
