The lithium metal battery comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte; the electrolyte comprises a lithium salt and a solvent; the molar concentration of the lithium salt is A mol/L, and 2≤A≤4; the solvent contains a first solvent; the mass percentage content of the first solvent is B% on the basis of the total mass of the solvent in the electrolyte, and that 10≤B≤50 is satisfied, wherein the lithium metal battery satisfies a relational expression: 40≤A×B≤100. According to the lithium metal battery and the electronic device provided by the present application, the cycle performance and the safety performance of the lithium metal battery are improved by regulating and controlling components of a fluorine-containing solvent and the components and structure of a negative electrode side SEI film in the electrolyte.
