Abstract:
This lithium metal composite oxide powder contains primary particles and secondary particles which are agglomerates of the primary particles, and has an α-NaFeO2 crystal structure. When the lithium metal composite oxide powder is measured by powder X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα radiation, the full width (A) at half maximum of a diffraction peak within the range of 2θ = 18.7 ± 1º is 0.135º to 0.165º, and the c-axis lattice constant of the α-NaFeO2 crystal structure is 14.178Å to 14.235Å.
