Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of photoelectric materials, and in particular to a lithium niobate crystal and a preparation method therefor. The lithium niobate crystal preparation method comprises the steps of: calculating a growth temperature field structure of lithium niobate crystals; calculating growth parameters of lithium niobate crystals; mixing and drying lithium and niobium sources to obtain a mixed raw material; in the air atmosphere, sintering the mixed raw material to obtain lithium niobate polycrystalline blocks; and in the calculated temperature field structure, melting the lithium niobate polycrystalline blocks and then carrying out crystal growth by a pulling method according to the calculated growth parameters under the guidance of seed crystals, to obtain lithium niobate crystals. In the lithium niobate crystal preparation method of the present application, the temperature field structure and growth parameters of the lithium niobate crystal are respectively calculated by using simulation, deduction, and calculation methods, and then, in the calculated temperature field structure, crystal growth is carried out by the pulling method according to the calculated crystal growth parameters, such that growth efficiency of the lithium niobate crystal is significantly improved.
