Abstract:
Provided is a lithium secondary battery, and the lithium secondary battery comprises: an electrolyte comprising a lithium salt, a non-aqueous organic solvent, and an additive including a compound represented by following formula 1; a negative electrode comprising a negative active material including a carbon-based material and a lithium titanium oxide; and a positive electrode comprising a positive electrode active material, wherein the content of the additive including the compound represented by formula 1 is 0.1 wt% or more and less than 10 wt% with respect to the total weight of the lithium salt and the non-aqueous organic solvent, and the content of the lithium titanium oxide is 0.1 wt% or more and less than 2 wt% with respect to the total weight of the negative active material.
