Abstract:
A lithium secondary battery according to the present invention comprises: a cathode comprising a cathode active material layer; and an anode comprising an anode active material layer, wherein the anode active material layer contains an anode active material and the anode active material is composed of silicon. On a capacity-voltage graph measured while a half-cell is discharged with a constant current of 0.1 C after the half-cell comprising the cathode and a lithium metal electrode is manufactured, an inflection point is shown in a voltage range of 3.3 V to 3.7 V and the capacity of the cathode at the inflection point is 3% to 25% of the capacity of the cathode at the end-of-charge voltage.
