Abstract:
Provided is a lithium secondary cell having an excellent property specifically in a discharge capacitance, rate characteristic, and cycle characteristic as well as an improved incombustibility (safety). The lithium secondary cell includes a negative pole, a nonaqueous electrolyte liquid, and a positive pole. The negative pole active material constituting the negative pole contains lithium titanium and the nonaqueous electrolyte liquid contains a fluorine-based solvent.
