Provided are a lithium silicate glass-ceramic prosthesis and a preparation method therefor, comprising: formulating a basic glass material, and melting and water-quenching the basic glass material to form a glass frit; drying the glass frit, then grinding same into a basic glass powder having an average particle size of 1-50μm, mixing with a pigment and/or a fluorescent agent, then using dry-pressing or isostatic pressing processing to prepare a green ceramic blank; soaking the green ceramic blank in a high-transmittance staining solution or in a low-transmittance staining solution for 0.5-5 min; drying the soaked green ceramic blank, then sintering in a vacuum atmosphere to obtain a blank body; performing die casting on the obtained blank body using a hot die casting process so as to obtain a lithium silicate glass-ceramic prosthesis; or performing washing processing on the obtained blank body, and then performing final sintering to obtain a lithium silicate glass-ceramic prosthesis. The present application reduces production line changing time for a glass-ceramic prosthesis, reduces crucible maintenance costs, improves production efficiency, and is better suited to large-scale factory production.
