Abstract:
Disclosed is a livestock carcass processing system. A livestock carcass processing system according to the present invention has an effect of being capable of storing and processing a large amount of livestock carcasses, since livestock carcasses are crushed and inputted to a reaction reservoir, and the bodily fluids of the crushed livestock carcasses flow into a storage reservoir. In addition, leachate is circulated by means of a leachate circulation module in such a manner that the leachate of the reaction reservoir flows into the storage reservoir and the leachate of the storage reservoir flows back into the reaction reservoir. Due to this feature, the system may have an effect that the livestock carcass can decompose in a short period of time due to the leachate containing a lot of microorganisms. In addition, since biogas generated when the livestock carcasses ferment can be collected and used as a fuel for driving an electric generator, the system may have an effect of being highly economical.
