Abstract:
This load meter (200) is provided with a detection unit (262), a storage unit (270), and a load calculation unit (240). The detection unit (262) uses a captured image of a travel path and a vehicle present on the travel path to detect a displacement amount in the captured image corresponding to the displacement which occurs in the travel path as a result of the load of the vehicle being applied thereto. The storage unit (270) stores information indicating the relationship between the load and the displacement amount. The load calculation unit (240) calculates the load on the basis of the displacement amount and the information.
