Abstract:
A lock apparatus (1000), comprising: a lock tongue (100); a first pawl (200), which can lock the lock tongue (100) in a first locking position; a second pawl (300), which can lock the lock tongue (100) in a second locking position; a control lever (400), wherein the rotation action of the second pawl (300) may be partially transmitted to the first pawl (200) by means of the control lever (400), so that the first pawl (200) unlocks the lock tongue (100) from the first locking position; and an elastic part (500), which applies an elastic force to the control lever (400) so that the control lever (400) drives the first pawl (200) to the first locking position. The first pawl (200) and the second pawl (300) have different centers of rotation. Also disclosed is a motor vehicle comprising the lock apparatus (1000).
