A stopper support body (12) has a square plate-like portion (15) having a circular through-hole (16) fitted on a circular cylinder portion (7) of a fluid controller main body (2), a downward projection portion (17) provided on one end portion in a length direction of the square plate-like portion (15) and brought in contact with one side face of a cuboid portion (4) of the fluid controller main body (2), and an overhang portion (15a) that is portion of the square plate-like portion (15), overhanging outward from the cuboid portion (4). A vertical plate-like stopper (13) is vertically movably passed through a through hole (18) provided in the overhang portion (15a) of the stopper support body (12). The stopper (13) has a contact portion (19) being in contact, in a lock position, with a grip portion (3a) of a handle (3) from the outer side in a width direction, and a lock installation portion (20) located more upward, in a lock position, than the stopper support body (12).
