Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce the thickness of a lock device of a storage device. [Solution] A lock device 30 of a storage device 1 provided with a lid 3 that closes an opening 2A of a box 2, the lock device comprising: a base 31 attached to the lid; a knob 36 including a gripping part 36B that is displaceably supported on a front portion of the base and an arm part 36C that protrudes rearward relative to the gripping part; a slider 46 that is slidably supported on a rear portion of the base and that is pushed to slide by the arm part in response to the displacement of the knob; a first rod 57 and a second rod 62 that are vertically aligned and slidably supported on a portion of the base that is more toward the front side than the slider, and that can be engaged/disengaged with a pair of locking holes 11, 12 provided to the box; and a power transmission mechanism that is provided between the slider and the first and second rods and that causes the first and second rods to slide in response to the movement of the slider.
