Title:
LOCK-UP DEVICE FOR TORQUE CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/148467
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a lock-up device for a torque converter, wherein it is possible to compressively deform a torsion spring properly even when a torsion spring that is long in the circumferential direction is used. The device is provided with a drive plate (72), a torsion spring (74), and a driven plate (73). The drive plate (72) has a fixing section (72a), a plurality of torque transmission sections (72b), and a plurality of receiver sections (72c). The fixing section (72a) is fixed to a piston (71). The plurality of torque transmission sections (72b) are formed so as to extend to the outer peripheral side from the fixing section (72a) and abut against a direction-of-rotation end part of a torsion spring (74). The plurality of receiver sections (72c) are formed at an outer peripheral section of the fixing section (72a), support an inner peripheral side of the torsion spring (74) at an engine side from the axial center of the torsion spring (74), and extend to a transmission side.
