Abstract:
The present invention achieves rigidity reduction and angle widening of torsional characteristics in a lock-up device using a simple configuration. The device according to the present invention is provided with a drive plate (25), an outer torsion spring (26), a driven plate (27), an inner torsion spring (28), and an intermediate member (29). The outer torsion spring (26) comprises at least two outer springs (26a, 26b) disposed in a line in the circumferential direction and acting in series. The outer springs (26a, 26b) are arc springs. The inner torsion spring (28) comprises at least two inner springs disposed in a line in the circumferential direction and acting in series. The intermediate member (29) rotates freely relative to the drive plate (25) and the driven plate (27) and causes the outer torsion spring (26) and the inner torsion spring (28) to act in series.
