Abstract:
The present invention relates to a locker dial lock and, more specifically, has been made to enable convenience of use to be improved, by rotating a knob for operating a locking lever of a dial lock to a reset position not to a locking or opening position, and then confirming or resetting a password of dials so as to simply change and reset the password. The present invention relates to the dial lock (1) having a main body (3) including a key cylinder bunch (10) and a dial bunch (20) and provided on the front surface of a locker door, releasing the key cylinder bunch (10) so as to rotate the locking lever (4) at the back side of the door together with the knob (11) such that the door is opened, when several dials (24) exposed to the outside of a cover (2) on the front surface of the main body (3) are rotated so as to match a set password, and rotating the knob (11) by using a master key, when the password is forgotten, so as to press an operating rod (21) of the dial bunch (20) such that detection holes (23) formed at each one side of connecting rod bodies (22) respectively fitted and coupled to the several dials (24) are exposed and detection pins (55) of a detection means (30) provided at one side of the connecting rod body (22) are inserted into the detection holes (23) so as to figure out the password of the dials (24), wherein the detection means (30) comprises: an operating member (40) which has a push protrusion (41) formed at the upper part thereof, has a return spring (42) provided at the lower part thereof, has several operating uneven parts (43) formed at one side thereof, and is assembled to be slidable upwards and downwards inside the main body (3) by the push protrusion (41) pressed by means of a pressing cam part (13) further provided at the key cylinder bunch (10); and a detection member (50) positioned at one side of the operating member (40) and rotatably assembled to the main body (3) around a hinge pin (51), having detection uneven parts (53) corresponding to the several operating uneven parts (43) and formed at one side thereof with respect to the hinge pin (51), and having the detection pins (55) provided at the other side thereof and inserted into the detection holes (23) of the connecting rod bodies (22), and thus when the password is forgotten, the knob (11) is rotated to the set position by using the master key such that the key cylinder bunch (10) presses the operating rod (21) of the dial bunch (20) so as to expose the detection holes (23) formed at each one side of the connecting rod bodies (22) respectively fitted and coupled to the several dials (24) and, at the same time, the pressing cam part (13) of the key cylinder bunch (10) presses the push protrusion (41) of the operating member (40) so as to move the operating member (40) downwards such that protruding parts of the operating uneven parts (43), which are engaged in an uneven form, move while pushing protruding parts of the detection uneven parts (53), so as to rotate the detection means (30) around the hinge pin (51) and the detection pins (55) on the other side thereof are inserted into the detection holes (23) of the connecting rod bodies (22) so as to figure out the password of the dials (24).
