Abstract:
Disclosed are a locking device for a blade assembly of a cell-wall breaking machine, and a cell-wall breaking machine. The locking device comprises a blade holder (1) of the blade assembly, the blade holder (1) comprising a head (1A), a neck (1B) and a body (1C); and further comprises a base plate (2), a locking member (3) and a driving device (4), wherein the centre of the base plate (2) is provided with a through-hole for the blade holder (1) passing through, the driving device (4) drives the locking member (3), and a locking hole (31) of the locking member (3) matches with a locking part. The cell-wall breaking machine comprises a cup body (6), a cup holder (7), a main machine cover (9), the blade assembly and the locking device, wherein the bottom plate of the cup body (6) is provided with a blade holder hole; and the blade assembly comprises the blade holder (1) and a blade shaft (10). By utilizing such a structure, the locking member (3) and the blade holder (1) can be separated by means of operating the driving device (4) by hand, which is convenient to operate, saves effort and does not require any tools. With one hand holding the cup body (6), and the other hand operating the driving device, the assembly and disassembly of the blade assembly can be realized, which is convenient for washing, maintaining or replacing a component.
