A locking leak-proof electronic cigarette device comprises a cigarette bullet device (100) and an atomization device (200). The cigarette bullet device (100) includes a cylindrical cigarette bullet body (3) provided with an axially extended baffle (23), and the baffle (23) separates the cigarette bullet body (3) into a tobacco tar accommodation chamber (16) and a smoke gas channel (17) which are axially extended. The lower end of the tobacco tar accommodation chamber (16) of the cigarette bullet body (3) is provided with a tobacco tar outlet hole (4), and a tobacco tar blocking body (6) is arranged in the tobacco tar outlet hole (4). The atomization device includes an atomizing core component, an atomization chamber and a tobacco tar inlet pipe (7), wherein the tobacco tar inlet pipe (7) can be plugged in/out the tobacco tar outlet hole (4) of the cigarette bullet body (3) and can push away the blocking body (6) arranged in the tobacco tar outlet hole (4). The atomization chamber is provided with a shell, an atomization chamber body and an atomized smoke gas channel are in the shell, and the shell of the atomization chamber is in a snap connection with the outer wall of the cigarette bullet device (100). The electronic cigarette device can be used after assembly, with a locking leak-proof function.
