Abstract:
A locking mechanism of a trailer slider, comprising two locking assemblies respectively mounted at two ends of a slider and a transmission shaft (30) extending in the length direction of the slider, each locking assembly comprising two locking units (20) respectively located on two sides of the transmission shaft (30). Each locking unit (20) comprises a guide sleeve (22) fixed on the slider (10), a bolt (21) movably passing through the guide sleeve (22), an elastic member arranged between the bolt (21) and the guide sleeve (22), and a connection member (25). The outer end of each bolt (21) extends out of a guide sleeve (22) to form a mating end to mate with a vehicle frame, and each elastic member is used for providing an elastic stress for pushing a mating end towards outside. Of each connection member, one end is connected to a bolt (21) while the other end is rotatably connected to the transmission shaft (30), the axis of the relative rotation between the connection member (25) and the transmission shaft (30) being staggered with the central axis of the transmission shaft (30). The locking mechanism can accurately position a slider of a trailer. In addition, the four bolts can work at the same time only by means of the rotation of the transmission shaft, realizing a simple structure and stable operation.
