Abstract:
A locking nail (300) for locking a suture (500). The locking nail (300) comprises a locking portion (310). The locking nail (300) has a threading cavity (301) for threading the suture (500). The threading cavity (301) penetrates through the locking portion (310). The threading cavity (301) comprises a first inner cavity section (302) located at the locking portion (310). The surface roughness of the inner peripheral surface of the first inner cavity section (302) ranges from 0.1 micron to 2.5 microns. The surface roughness of the inner peripheral surface of the locking portion (310) is controlled, so that the locking force of the suture (500) locked in the first inner cavity section (302) of the locking nail (300) is suitable, thereby satisfying a locking force requirement, and preventing the suture (500) from being damaged and broken after excessively pressed; and the friction between the suture (500) and the inner peripheral surface of the second inner cavity section (304) is not easy to cause the suture (500) to wear, thereby preventing the suture (500) from being damaged. Also provided is an interventional remote suture locking device (100) using the locking nail (300).
