A locking structure of a Bowens mount (10), used for locking a lamp (200) and an optical accessory (100) having the Bowens mount (10), and comprising a rotating member (40) and a mount (32) which is provided on a lamp front housing (30). The mount (32) is arranged on the peripheral side of a light exit port (31) of the lamp front housing (30), and the rotating member (40) is threadedly connected to the mount (32); the mount (32) comprises three recesses (324) matching protrusions (11) of the Bowens mount (10), the recesses (324) are lower than the protrusions (11) of the Bowens mount (10), and the rotating member (40) comprises notch portions (42) at least corresponding to the three recesses (324). The protrusions (11) of the Bowens mount (10) enter the recesses (324) of the mount (32) by means of the notch portions (42) of the rotating member (40), and the recesses (324) limit the protrusions (11) in the circumferential direction; the notch portions (42) and the recesses (324) are misaligned by means of the threaded matching between the rotating member (40) and the mount (32), and the protrusions (11) are pressed tightly to limit the protrusions (11) in the vertical direction.
