A logical dispensing method for articles, comprising: step 1, a temporary storage device (2) receives amounts of articles, the numbers of articles in the amounts of articles having been accurately counted, the temporary storage device (2) being provided with at least two temporary storage bins (1), and each amount of articles being received by one temporary storage bin (1); step 2, when the total number of articles within a combination of temporary storage bins is the same as a target number, all the articles within the combination of temporary storage bins are fed to a storage device (3). The combination of temporary storage bins comprises one temporary storage bin (1) or more than one temporary storage bin (1). The total number of articles in the combination of temporary storage bins is the sum of the numbers of articles of all the temporary storage bins (1) included in the combination. The present logical dispensing method allows the number of amounts to have a certain degree of arbitrariness and randomness, and at the end cleverly cancels out the arbitrariness and randomness of the number of amounts of articles via the number of combinations.
